Hormones all over

Yoga Undercover: Pregnancy

This is a positive pregnancy blog with thoughts, tips and tricks of how you can stay healthy - and happy - through the whole nine months.

Teaching prenatal classes at the Pilatestudio in Bangkok, Thailand, I know that there is a big need among pregnant ladies to share experiences and advice. There is a lot more to be said about pregnancy than the medical details that your doctor will focus on.

The title, 'Yoga Undercover: Pregnancy' comes from a time when I used to go to work everyday as a yogi - dressed up as a diplomat. Back then I applied yogic techniques and philosophy to situations at work, in order to handle them in a more balanced way.

Now I would like to share with you how I use yogic techniques as support during my pregnancy instead.
